Due to concerns for our employees, their families, and our customers, The Plateau Group, including Plateau Insurance Company, Plateau Casualty Insurance Company, Plateau Service Company, Plateau Warranty Company and Plateau Title Insurance Company, has implemented an updated COVID-19 Protocol for our Administrative staff and associates effective immediately and until further notice.
Plateau remains open for business and remains dedicated to servicing the needs of our customers and policyholders. We continue to operate under the pandemic sections of our Business Continuity Plan to ensure continuity of business. We remain open with some employees working from home, while others are continuing to work in the office. For those working in the office, we are rotating employees to practice social distancing and limit face-to-face interactions. These plans include the elimination of all business travel until further notice. All in-bound guests are being rescheduled for a later date.
For our financial institutions, Plateau’s credit insurance and debt protection products will continue to provide protection during this uncertain time. We can help to make sure coverage can continue for your borrowers during any skip period or other loan modification you have approved.
